1. Return Eligibility
- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Return Process

- with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process the refund/replacement within 1-2 working days.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1-2 working days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the item was purchased using a discount code, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you received a defective/damaged item, we will replace it free of charge.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Exchanged or Replaced items will be delivered with in 2-5 days
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hours after placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider.

7. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
